In your case you had a good reaction in the end. But, that's not always the case for teens.<BR/><BR/>I'm also thinking about how hard it is for everyone - teens and adults - to try things that are beyond their basic idea of what they like and can handle. It's good to be pushed sometimes to try new things and I think teens who are given positive opportunities to push limits in their reading, a chic lit reader for example reading Twilight - where there is romance so it's not so far from the "norm" - gets a good look at who themselves and what they really know about themselves.Linda Braunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04853164294638604335noreply@blogger.com
